The mission of Students For Christ is to personally know the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to make Him known. It is our aim to know Him by responding to His call to enter into a personal relationship with Him, and to grow in this relationship by focusing on Him through His Word, prayer, and obedience. It is our aim to make Him known by fulfilling His Great Commission by producing and developing disciples as prescribed in God's Word and as exemplified by the Lord Jesus Christ. We shall seek as He did, to make disciples by establishing, equipping, and training them in Christian life and ministry. Thus, the purpose of every activity of our ministry shall be to produce and develop disciples.
We will, from time to time, evaluate every activity in its effectiveness in producing disciples and will modify or discontinue those activities that are ineffective. Our primary method of making disciples shall be one-on-one mentoring and the concept of team. We shall seek to receive and impart the heart, vision, and skill that Christ did in His ministry with the twelve. We shall, at all times, have an intentional strategy to accomplish each aspect of our purpose. We are committed to the principle of spiritual multiplication of ourselves by evangelizing, discipling, training, and delegating ministry to those who are faithful. We are committed to corporate and individual prayer as essential for accomplishing our mission. Our student and ministry organizational structure shall be subject to change as we grow and develop strategies for effective Biblical disciple making.
